Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CWS Multimedia Connect website and CreativeConnect marketplace (the "Site"). The Site is owned and operated by Chikomborero Walter Sumairi trading as CWS Multimedia Connect, Kadoma, Zimbabwe ("CWS", "we", "us"). By creating an account or buying from the Site you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We provide graphic design services (flyers, posters, branding, social media graphics, mockups) and sell ready-made digital designs through CreativeConnect. Custom work is quoted and agreed on the pricing page, by WhatsApp or by email.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate details when you sign up, keep your password private, and are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud or abuse.

3. Item codes and access codes

Every design in the CreativeConnect catalog has an item code (for example CC-0001). Quote the item code when you contact us about a design. After we confirm your payment you receive a personal access code in your dashboard. Entering that code in your dashboard unlocks the download of the purchased file. Access codes are for the buyer who paid and must not be shared or resold.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. You can pay by EcoCash to 0774274544 (Chikomborero Walter Sumairi) and enter the EcoCash transaction reference when ordering, or use an online payment option when it is available. An order is only complete once we have confirmed the payment. We will issue an invoice for each order, which you can view and print from your dashboard.

5. Delivery

Ready-made designs are released as soon as we confirm your payment and your access code is issued. Delivery times shown on custom work are estimates and start once payment and a complete brief are received.

6. Refunds and revisions

Because digital files cannot be returned, purchases of ready-made designs are generally non-refundable once the file has been unlocked. If a file is faulty or is not what was described, contact us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund you. For custom work, the number of revisions included will be agreed before work starts; a deposit may be non-refundable once work has begun.

7. Licence and ownership

When you buy a design you receive a licence to use it for your own church, business, brand or event, including printing and posting online. You may not resell, redistribute or claim the original design as your own. Editable source files, where included, may be modified for your own use. CWS keeps the copyright in all designs unless a separate written agreement transfers it. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

8. Your content

If you send us logos, photos or text, you confirm you have the right to use them. You are responsible for the content of the designs you ask us to create, and we may decline work that is unlawful, hateful or misleading.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to access other people's accounts or files, interfere with the Site, or use automated tools to copy the catalog or download files without paying.

10. Liability

We take care with our work but the Site and designs are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. We are not responsible for delays caused by mobile-money networks, power or internet outages.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
