This Privacy Policy explains how Chikomborero Walter Sumairi, trading as CWS Multimedia Connect, Kadoma, Zimbabwe ("CWS", "we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you use our Site, in line with Zimbabwe's Cyber and Data Protection Act.

1. Information we collect

Account details (name, email address and an encrypted password), order details (items bought, amount, payment method, EcoCash reference and phone number where you provide it), invoices, messages you send us, and basic technical data such as pages visited, through Google Analytics and cookies.

2. How we use it

To create and secure your account, process orders and confirm payments, issue access codes and invoices, deliver files, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and improve the Site. We only send promotional email if you have not opted out.

3. Passwords and payments

Passwords are stored only in encrypted (hashed) form; we cannot read them. We do not see or store your EcoCash PIN or card details. Online payments, when switched on, are handled by Paynow and are subject to their privacy policy.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use a secure session cookie to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but sign-in will not work without the session cookie.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the Site and take payment (such as Paynow, EcoCash and Google Analytics), or when the law requires it.

6. Retention and security

We keep order and invoice records for as long as needed for accounting and legal reasons. We use access controls and encryption of passwords to protect your data, but no online service is completely risk-free.

7. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing messages, by contacting us below. We may need to keep some records (for example invoices) where the law requires.
